1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites, applications, and other products and services (collectively, our "Services") provided by AppConnectHQ ("we", "us", or "our"). AppConnectHQ is a unified connector platform that provides a single MCP server for managing your connected services.

By accessing or using AppConnectHQ's Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 13, do not access or use our Services.

In addition to these Terms, AppConnectHQ may ask you to accept additional terms that apply to specific features, products, or services.

To the extent any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern with respect to your access to or use of the applicable feature, product, or service.

You also must maintain the security of your AppConnectHQ account, not share your account credentials, and promptly notify us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.

By creating an AppConnectHQ account, you consent to receive electronic communications from AppConnectHQ (e.g., via email or by posting notices on our Services). These communications may include notices about your account (e.g., payment authorizations, password changes, and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with us.

You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that AppConnectHQ sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.

5. Our Services; License

AppConnectHQ's Services may allow you and other users to create, post, store, and share content, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, audio, or other material (collectively, "Content").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AppConnectHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

AppConnectHQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

If you purchase any paid Services from AppConnectHQ, you agree to pay all fees associated with such Services.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified. AppConnectHQ reserves the right to change our pricing at any time, but we will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes.

AppConnectHQ may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use AppConnectHQ's Services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your AppConnectHQ account at any time by contacting us at support@appconnecthq.com. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your account information, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppConnectHQ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of AppConnectHQ's Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or AppConnectHQ's Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which W3Dev LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

AppConnectHQ may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of AppConnectHQ's Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
